On May 18, 2026, Feel Flow Inc. officially launched Realtime Meeting Assistant AI, a meeting-support SaaS that transcribes what’s said during meetings and sales calls in real time and uses AI to extract the key points, risks, and action items.

Realtime Meeting Assistant AI is an AI partner for a wide range of meeting scenarios — sales calls, internal meetings, brainstorming, executive meetings, and 1-on-1s.

It transcribes the conversation in real time and automatically surfaces issues, risks, decisions, and action items. Drawing on uploaded sales materials, FAQs, and past minutes as a knowledge base, it also suggests the next points to confirm and draft answers in step with the flow of the meeting.

Background

At many companies, a great deal of time goes into writing up minutes and organizing decisions and next actions after a meeting ends. In sales calls, being unable to fully answer a customer’s question on the spot — and having to follow up later — can slow down decision-making.

At the same time, the know-how for running meetings and handling sales conversations tends to live with individuals, making a veteran’s judgment and phrasing hard to reproduce across the organization. Even when past meeting records and internal materials have accumulated, they can’t be fully leveraged as organizational knowledge if they can’t be retrieved the moment they’re needed mid-meeting.

Supports microphone input and tab-audio capture from web meetings, transcribing online conversations in real time. Speaker separation records who said what in a form that’s easy to review afterward.

2. AI extraction of key points, risks, and actions

From the conversation, AI automatically extracts issues, risks, decisions, open questions, and action items — making points harder to miss during the meeting and useful for review and follow-up afterward.

3. RAG suggestions grounded in your materials

Register PDFs, Word, CSV, Markdown, and text into a knowledge base. For points detected during the meeting, it searches related internal materials and past minutes and generates evidence-backed suggestions and draft answers.

4. Switch AI personas to match the meeting’s purpose

Configure AI personas for the purpose at hand — sales strategy advisor, facilitator, technical advisor, management-strategy consultant, and more — switching the perspective of suggestions for sales calls, project meetings, executive meetings, 1-on-1s, and beyond.
